Although they offered water and coffee, not everyone drinks coffee. Hot chocolate would be niceI heard them tell peoplebefore me, we are washing yourcar, will be done shortly. Yet my car was not washed.Service was good. Would have liked to have a loaner. Did not find issues with my car. But it is now on record for it. Very friendly people. TV should be moved. Reflections from the window makes hard to see. Just a thought.

having to walk across the parking lot to the finance office and parking was very tightif I had not asked about certain aspects of the car they would have not been explained to be like the location of the compressor and fix a flat if I got a flat tire and also how to remote start from my phone since I did not have the app downloadedThis is my 4th Mitsubishi and I had shopped Fairfields in the past and had not been able to get the deal done until this purchase. Stephanie was very responsive as a sales person and had told me it would be no issue to get a spare tire and on the day of delivery she asked her manager Randy and he said no and had an excuse about calling for roadside assistance and that he wouldn't want his wife to change the tire. I live in a very remote area and there is no reliable cell service so calling for a tow truck is not always a possibility.it is impossible to know if the inventory was accurateit took a very long time in the finance office and I emailed Ernie last week and still have not gotten a reply.I don't think Stephanie has been there for a very long time and did not know the ins and outs of the car.

The staff took repair discount coupon code via text and deducted it from total. Vehicle was repaired and washed prior to returning it to me.Able to properly diagnose my vehicle issue, get the disabled vehicle into shop for repair in timely manner. Employee at service department kept me informed and cost involved.
