I don't know if I will return for any future service work.They tried to charge me for a tire rotation that I didn't ask for.Took three weeks to get an oil changeI scheduled an appointment because I live out of town. They ask if I was going to wait and I said that was why I scheduled the appointment. He said he would get it right in. Almost two hours later the oil change was done.

didnt apply to me, dropped off and picked upI didnt really pay attention to these , was just glad to have my car fixed... or so I thought !Had new rear shocks put in and by the following evening or 2nd day shocks were bad again.These really dont apply.. Again I was under the impression that the work was going to be completed on 8/15, but later found out that was only to diagnose the problem and required an additional appt on 8/28/25I was under the impression that I was having the work completed, but only to learn that it was only a diagnostic appointment.I did have a loaner car, but only when I requested itThis will be my 3rd trip to "fix" a shock issue that is under warrenty. Had rear shocks replaced on 8/28/25 and by night of 8/29/25, def day of 8/30/25 new shocks were bad again.

The process was very clean and straightforward. I’ve never owned a Mitsubishi before, but the sales rep was knowledgeable and easy to work with. So far, I’m very impressed with the vehicle. Coming from a Tesla, I considered other SUVs, but nothing else came close when comparing features and price.a little dated but otherwise fine

I had to bring my car back twice before it got resolved.He did listen to the first time me saying it started cold then turned hot. And I wanted it checked knowing it could be a lengthy appt for this issue.
