Also notification system wasn’t reset.Then receipt said I declined services to the transmission and air and cabin filters but I was never even told about those issues until after my oil change was completed and I was checking out.

every thing was good with the sale I am very pleased with the purchase but before i recommend a dealer I need to deal with all departments, including service. I met the service manager. He polite, but I have not dealt with him or the service department yet.conflicting information on vehicle cost, and financing costs

when i called i thought i was talking to a real person soon found out it was an AI. as soon as i was transfered to a real person i got an appointment. get rid of the AI and have a real person answer your phones.i was satisfied with the time it took

it was good overall! ty so much!was not a long wait. everyone was nice. place was clean. the only thing i would recommend, is i dont drink coffee (i know om weird lol), having a different option like cocoa mix might be good? but not necessary. everyting was still great!

I thought multi-point inspection was done each time…. Guess I was wrongNot washed or vacuumed if that’s what you meanNo was there to wait on meI was early and had to wait until the appointment to check in
