When I called to make the appointment I thought Alex's voice, and interaction was strange, made the appointment with no problems though. I thought I hung up, and commented to a person with me that I bet I was taking to AI. I was really surprised when Alex answered me that Yes she was AI! Nothing negative I just thought it was an interesting story.
