This has nothing to do with the dealership but with the Mitsubishi brand . I believe Mitsubishi needs to go back to having a spare tire in the Outlander. If it wasn't for the guys at Kelly Mitsubishi thinking outside the box and explaining to us how to get a spare tire for the Outlander we would have gone with a different brand. Mitsubishi should be proud to have the Kelly dealership as a face for the Mitsubishi brand.Very friendly and Iggy helped and explained to us which is the most consumer friendly deal for the loan process.

NaThe only problem I have is after oil change when you start the car up 2Xs after it goes in to engine limp mode then goes awayThey try to upsell you services you really don’t need early. They asked me to have the air filter and cabin air filter changed 2 times already and my mileage is not anywhere close to 30k the suggested replacement time by the manufacturer last inspection they tried to get me to replace my tires by giving me low tires number taken from the side of the tire. Then they also wanted me to get rear breaks and rotors and I don’t even have 25000 miles on the car yet
