To me, there is too much other minutia that clutters the way to scheduling a service appointment - such as offers on new and used cars and other offers.My service included a recall of the radio in my car that was back ordered. It took 6 months before the radio was finally replaced. That's way too long with no explanation why.It took 6 months for my recalled radio to be replaced. While I understand the delay is not the dealership's fault, I would like to have been kept regularly informed about the arrival status of the new radio. I had to contact the dealership to receive updates and was always told, "we'll call you when it comes in."A score of 10 means perfect to me. My experience was almost perfect.

Our car with 89,000 miles on it is still not fixed. Service has no idea what is wrong with the car.Service has been trying very hard to find the problem with my car. No one can figure out the problem.Everyone was great and professional. But our car’s problem is still not fixed.Everyone tries very hard to accommodate your needs.
