The Kendall Acura service department continues to be the best. I have rated this service department the best for as long as I have been a customer and that has been over 15 years. Great job...everyone.

The service advisors and managers always strive for giving the very best!!!! I appreciate them. Amanda does an amazing job and I am very glad to see David Santos back!!!. Erwin Escobar was transferred to the Lexus dealership and he is wonderful as well. I would hire any of them to work on my team if they were interested in my field of work! When my gas door arm was replaced the body of my car was scratched....I am sure that it was an accident..due to time constraints I was told that it would be taken care of on my next visit. The Acura team treats their customers better than any other team of the Kendall crew. Kudos to them!!

I had the best experience at Kendall Acura i've ever had at a dealership! Ray was more than helpful in helping me find the perfect car. He helped me out tremendously! If Ray is due for a promotion he should definitely be given it! His customer service skills were above par and I felt very comfortable with the car buying experience. Thanks again !

David was a big help in solving a long standing issue with the battery. He diagnosed the problem quickly and the car is working great now. I feel confident that if a new problem was to occur David would be able to handle the situation in a prompt and professional manner.
