Kendall's service department did a fine job correcting the problem with our Forester. Also, the heater didn't work when we returned the loaner which entailed more repairs. We appreciated the use of the loaner so much!

Even though they were very busy, the check in staff was very efficient friendly and accommodating. We were provided with a loaner car so that we could continue with our errands. The recall repair was finished slightly later than they predicted but considering the amount of customers that day I was not surprised.

Drove right in, very friendly young lady assisted me, good coffee and a snack treat, car serviced in less than an hour and on my way. Also, pointed out some some needed other services coming up. 5 stars!!! Lesli D.

There was no history on my car as I had bought it used. They did a complete inspection and gave recommendations for service that needed to be done on the vehicle. Everything that was necessary was fixed and updated all in one visit. I was very pleased!
