After getting the recall/repair completed we have noticed that it is alot quieter inside the car now. Before the repair we heard alot of noise we put new tires on the car thinking that was the problem but the noise was still there. Thanks to the recall the noise is gone.

She called me ahead of my appointment because to get more information about my service appointment so that she could pre-order the part that needed replacing and ensure that I could get my car back the same day! Kendal Subaru were super helpful right from when we walked into the door with our failed transmission until when we drove it away repaired. As we were in San Francisco and the car was in Eugene, I also responded by email and phone which was a great help.
