After getting the recall/repair completed we have noticed that it is alot quieter inside the car now. Before the repair we heard alot of noise we put new tires on the car thinking that was the problem but the noise was still there. Thanks to the recall the noise is gone.

She called me ahead of my appointment because to get more information about my service appointment so that she could pre-order the part that needed replacing and ensure that I could get my car back the same day! I always receive great service from Kendall, thank you for retaining an excellent support staff.
