The agent was friendly as well as extremely competent. Our service was fast and vehicle was repaired timely, as we were told.

Recall notice to check for transmission issue. Got the car in promptly, did the checkout in a couple hours and even checked my brakes for me. Very courteous, efficient and professional.

Really an outstanding service department. Quick and they take the time to really explain everything. Also answer questions well.

Everyone was friendly in the service department and it was helpful to know what work would be done and the cost of that work. The only reason that I withheld the 5th star was the service took 2 hours longer than the estimated time. I would rather have been told that so I could have gone home instead of sitting in the waiting room.

I appreciated how I was received and treated by the service advisor Sheena Howell. Sheena is a good front line representative for Kendall Subaru Everything that was done to my car was explained clearly and in detail.

Excellent customer service and super fast!

Service was excellent. I took the car in for an oil change and other features of the car were checked. Staff was very friendly and informative and willing to help or refer me to an employee who would know the answer.
