The experience of purchasing my 2022 Legacy Limited at Kendall was entirely painless, thanks in large part to Sabrina Avila of the sales staff. Although I was located 100 miles away, she was quickly accessible, she knew the facts and details regarding the car, she kept on top of availability issues, and finally she was very easy to deal with during the purchasing process. In addition, although there was an array of options for extended warranties presented by the Finance Manager, there was no pressure to make the add-on sale. Finally, it was much appreciated to hear from Richard Trace a few weeks after purchase to answer any questions about the new vehicle. Very comprehensive and humane interactions, one and all. I'm completely pleased with Kendall and its process.

I stopped by for a LOF in the Express section and Jody Leder assisted me. I give a five star rating to him and everyone else there! The process was quick, the waiting room great, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Love the new location and experience!

We were promptly greeted Cayenne who was very considerate and helpful. She took the information she needed and showed us to the waiting area. In approximately twenty minutes our car was done and she finished the paperwork and got us on our way. Service of this quality is hard to find these days and deeply appreciated.

I have purchased two Subaru Outbacks from Kendall and always have them perform the scheduled maintenance and any repairs (which have been very few). Their service is excellent and their prices match any other service center/garage. Why go anywhere else? The others aren't Subaru dealers. Also, when I need to replace tires Kendall's price matches or is below competitors. Again, why go anywhere else?

I brought my car in to fix a recall item. I had been promised a loaner car when i called to make the appointment, but none was available when i came in and i had to reschedule - that’s the reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The person who checked me in both times was very helpful and tried her best to fix the mistake. I very much appreciated her efforts. The car was done at the end of the day and presumably they did a good job.
