Had us in and out in a hurry for our Crystal Fuzion application. I believe it was Sheena as our service writer, she was awesome!

Our service appointment was satisfactory, but with two little exceptions. The tires were rotated and after returning home we discovered that the valve stem cover for the right rear tire was not put back on, or at least not tightly enough to last the drive home. Also, before we left the dealership we had discovered that apparently the service tech needed something from the glove compartment, and most of the contents of the glove box were strewn all on the floor in front of the passenger seat. These aren't major things, but our sales experience buying the car from Andrew Adams was so professional and good, that these things surprised us. Recounting them to you on the Survey hopefully will help you correct these small problems. Jody, your service guy who checked us in was prompt to greet us and pleasant to work with.

I was helped right away and after 5 minutes was given a report on what they would be doing. After 20 minutes or so they were back saying all was well and they had serviced my car. I was in and out in 30 minutes! Efficient and hassle free.

It was a long wait but I had a lot done. :)

Excellent customer service.

When I arrived I was greeted immediately. The staff was friendly and courteous. The check-in process was quick and thorough. When I left I was told a timeframe of when to expect to hear back from them, and they called me early! The car is driving great and I was even given a free car wash. :)
