I love that I can just drop in for an oil change. In this case it was the last minute before a road trip so time was important. It took less than an hour. They also pointed out the indoor air filter needed changing. So we were on our way with fresh oil and air in no time. Thank you!

Our fan is noisy and I thought it had something wrong with it. They spent 1 1/2 hours going through it and even compared one on the lot and found that 2021 Forrester fans are simply loud (our ONLY disappointment with the car.) We just purchased a new RAM pickup and the difference between the time given to us to familiarize us with the Forrester and that of this other dealership could not have been more different. I told your associate that Subaru sets a very high bar and spoils their customers. Keep doing what you are doing...it is terrific.

I was travelling through Oregon south to Medford with my kids when our Subaru's transmission started acting up. We limped into Eugene and I called Kendall hoping we could get in to have it checked. They welcomed us in, were very helpful and upfront with the time it would take to inspect since it was so late in the day. We had to continue on to Medford for family bereavement business, and Dylan helped us get checked in and squared away. Another gentleman (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) got in touch with the Kendall auto rental facility for us and then drove us over to the facility before they closed. We continued on to Medford that night. Dylan called me the next day with the prognosis - we needed a full transmission rebuild. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and he gave me a couple options. When all was said and done, Dylan and the team set us up with a less expensive rental for the week it would take to repair our car, and kept me appraised with updates throughout. This may have been their usual service, but I feel like they really went above and beyond to help us. The car is back in our hands now and running great with its new transmission.
