James made our experience wonderful. I called looking for a car that was on the website and he told me it was available but also told me about another I did not see on the Website that was better suited to my needs. He let me test drive both vehicles so I could decide for myself. I went with his suggestion as it was the perfect car for me. No pressure, no sales pitch!! He was honest and helpful. They called me as soon as the car arrived and I picked it up the next day. James took the time to show me all of the new features and helped connect my phone. I could not ask for a better experience or better customer service from James and the Kendall staff!!!

Very friendly and welcoming. They had snacks, water, option to make coffee and tea. Comfy chairs, clean. They welcome dogs inside and have a small outside area for them.

Great job! I stopped by for a quick oil change. In addition to the oil change the tires were rotated and a multi-point inspection performed. Inspection showed that air filters needed to be replaced and 1 windshield wiper needed replacing. All of these items were performed in under an hour. Well done!

This was for a 6-month check-up. It was a very thorough and speedy service. The service manager was kind, made sure I understood the diagnostic information and the recommendation of additional service. The facilities where I waited are very special: comfortable, provides snacks, drinks and beautiful.

The express service was indeed "express." It took only 45 minutes. Julia, the service rep, was terrific!

You guys have certainly earned your excellent reputation! In addition to visiting Subara (which I bought) I also went to Toyota and your team there was great as well. Brysen McP. was great! Listened, made sure I understood things, friendly and efficient!

Everything went great for our cars oil change. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Could not imagine it being better!
