One of our friends took their Outback to a local garage to change the CVT fluid. They made a big mistake! Their transmission started making a terrible noise & they wound up selling the car. We took ours to Kendall, and they did a superb job. My Outback is handling just was well as it did before the appointment. I am very excited to go another 100,000 miles!

Jodi is always thorough with his explanations when checking in. Sandi is very sweet when she shuttled me. I do not like how busy you are and that I have to show up early but on the same hand I’m glad you are busy. It means people are employed and working.

I stopped by to check out the tires, as the low-pressure indicator had just come on. This was 2 hours before the dealership closed on December 30. Everyone was polite and professional and efficiently found the problem-- a large nail in the front tire on the driver's side--and repaired the tire for a minimum fee. I was very appreciative!

My tire warning light came on. I dropped by after my shift at 4:00 p.m. and they checked it out and put air in my tires and was finished within 20 minutes

everything was perfect. Clean waiting room, service people were efficient, friendly and spot on. I was in and out before I finished my complimentary coffee!
