I’m sorry I don’t remember the name of the Kendall service employee who helped me. He was very kind and patient explaining how to return the back seat to upright and my rear door adjustment function in my new Subaru Forrester. There are many new and quite wonderful features in my new car but as a senior I need extra help sometimes understanding them. He suggested YouTube videos are another good way to learn. Very helpful!

Very friendly. Love the wait area with coffee and snacks. Just want to make a general comment about Subaru in general. We bought a 2005 Outback new and ended up paying out of our pocket $3,000 to replace the head gasket at 95,000 miles/ 13 years of use.. ( Not recalled. Probably should have been.) Not replaced by Subaru as price was too high. Then in 2019 we looked for a new car and really hesitated looking at Subaru but wife really likes the Outback so we made the move and bought - again from Kendall. We are retired and by no means wealthy so buying was not easy. I understand the current RECALL for gas pumps is an absolute nightmare for you because it's huge and involves many manufacturers. I have heard Subaru was aware of the problem as early as 2015. I have called your service dept 2 or 3 times after receiving the notice, The poor girl has been very kind in explaining the parts haven't arrived. Now it's "We'll call you". The service and staff was excellent as usual. The time it took to get my car finished was longer than I expected but I received a satisfactory explanation as to why it did and understand the situation that they are in now. That is the only reason why I didn’t give them 5 stars. They are always excellent.
