I appreciate that they covered a problem that was found back when the car was under warranty even though I delayed getting it fixed until after the warranty expired. They didn’t have to do that but that is how they do business — going above and beyond to make things right for the customer.

The dealer did a great job of getting me in when my check engine lite and a few other signs came on. However while there I remembered the problem I've had with my back hatch, and told them about it. They didn't fix it or tell me what I needed to do. Problem is I'm 4 ' 9" tall and the hatch started going up higher and higher, so while at first I could reach it to pull it down, now can't reach it--it goes up too high.

A recall on my 2015 Outback. I was told it would take 6 hours and it did. Good job! I was able to rent a car for the six hours and that was a great help, thank you.

Friendly, listen well (very important), thorough, courteous. I feel confident that my car has been cared for well and that I will be safe in it for winter driving.
Brought car in for recall notices & 30K mile service. Staff was courteous, polite & professional. Car was taken care of in a prompt & timely manner. Very satisfied.

Jody at Kendall Subaru was very helpful and friendly. He was accurate with our wait time and kept us Indy about our service visit and needed maintenance. We were very happy and will return again as needed.
