Very attentive & quick.

Had major service performed (e.g., timing belt, all fluids, etc.) on my 2011 Outback. Brendan was timely in his updates, and though the job took a bit longer and was more expensive than originally anticipated, they provided options at every decision. Consequently, I felt the whole experience was thoroughly professional. I will definitely return when I hit the next recommended service mileage.

The service was great, but the wait time was a little longer than I would have liked. I am used to setting up an appointment for my oil changes so I don't have to wait for so long. If I know ahead of time it is going to take a while, I make arrangements for the wait time.
