Overall they did a good job. The biggest issue we had was that they couldn’t promise us a loaner car even though we were coming more than 120 miles away, and it was going to be a 4 hour Sevice. We did get a loaner, but it was frustrating not knowing whether you would be sitting at the dealership for 4+ hours or able to go do other things while waiting. This appointment was also set up more than 2 months ahead of time.

Subaru is a wonderful company. Sorry they left the Coburg Road area for service, as this was walking distance for us, but that's just a personal issue. My only complaint, which we have every time, is that the service people change the time on the clock, which is just irritating. The person who checked us n and out was wonderful - he did a great job.

Had major service performed (e.g., timing belt, all fluids, etc.) on my 2011 Outback. Brendan was timely in his updates, and though the job took a bit longer and was more expensive than originally anticipated, they provided options at every decision. Consequently, I felt the whole experience was thoroughly professional. I will definitely return when I hit the next recommended service mileage.
