It was a good experience when I went in to get my car serviced. My service consultant, Brandon, made it easy and very enjoyable. It was a very busy Monday morning and it seemed he needed help checking me out as new customers were arriving. I just had to wait an extra 25 minutes to retrieve my car.

The service rep let me know that my battery was low and that I needed to get a charger because we drive very little now. I don’t understand this and have never put a charger on. I am concerned.

routine oil change. Learned my battery is okay and a light out on the side of the car was found and replaced. Great treats to eat in the waiting area. Lots of room between customers. Thanks

The service to my car was as always done well and within a reasonable amount of time. However, when reading the invoice at home I noticed a notation about the oil dip stick being dry. No one mentioned this to me. Glad I read it through and now have built in reminders to check the oil monthly.
