They were quick to complete the maintenance service for my car. I waited in a large waiting room with comfortable seating and televisions. They have complimentary snacks and a coffee machine that makes several kinds of coffee drinks. All of the employees I encountered were kind and courteous.

It was a good experience when I went in to get my car serviced. My service consultant, Brandon, made it easy and very enjoyable. It was a very busy Monday morning and it seemed he needed help checking me out as new customers were arriving. I just had to wait an extra 25 minutes to retrieve my car.

The service rep let me know that my battery was low and that I needed to get a charger because we drive very little now. I don’t understand this and have never put a charger on. I am concerned.
