The service to my car was as always done well and within a reasonable amount of time. However, when reading the invoice at home I noticed a notation about the oil dip stick being dry. No one mentioned this to me. Glad I read it through and now have built in reminders to check the oil monthly.

Thanks for the opportunity to give feedback. The waiting room is pleasant and not overcrowded. Coffee, chilled water bottles, and big-screen TV are available for those who want them. One thing for me to remember next time is to verify that the maintenance info is updated by the service department not only in the owner’s manual but also on the car’s digital screen. Otherwise the data is not reset and the reminder keeps popping up, taking the entire screen.
