As always, outstanding service. Friendly explanation of vehicle status and predicted future service needs. A small hiccup in that I had brought a separate set of summer rims and tires to replace the existing winter rims and tires. It was listed as a tire rotation, and since the additional information was overlooked regarding that it was a complete rim and tire switch instead of a tire rotation, my existing tires were rotated instead of being replaced with summer rims and tires I had brought with me. Jody was deeply apologetic and within 10 minutes I had my summer rims and tires installed. He explained that he requested a meeting with the service foreman to prevent this mistake in the future. Considering they did all this without charge with my oil service, I could not ask more from a dealership. 5 stars. Top notch!!! Customer for life!

Easy to get appointment. The battery had gone totally dead. They gave the battery a deep test and it was OK. Then we discussed possible causes such as not enough driving to keep the battery charged. They gave me ways to keep up the charge and said to come back if these didn't work. Time will tell. They didn't charge me since the battery was new.

The facility is very comfortable to wait in, even though the wait isn't that long!

Exhalant , It's a little bit expensive for an oil change and filter. Of course there's the cabin filter and the engine air filter but still expensive.
