The battery cover was left off of the terminals but everything else was perfect!

Scheduling was easy. Work was completed in a timely manner.

Initially I was very discouraged as after I drove an hour and a half to get there only to be told it would take all day to diagnose it's problems and I would not be given a rental car until/unless a covered problem was discovered. And that if the car needed extended diagnosis that I could be charged $135 per incident.. (I had purchased, with the vehicle, the best extended warranty you had to offer).. The customer service gentleman who helped me spoke with the manager about my circumstances and the manager decided to give me the rental. It took two days to fully repair my car and they also found and repaired a few other issues they found.. All in all everything cost just under 100$ and I was very very pleased with the outcome!! The service people and management exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier!!!

Fantastic service. Very thorough. Love the express service, but I would rather be able to schedule a service as it took a bit longer than expected (2 hours instead of one).

My car was recalled due to an air conditioner problem. The condenser was replaced and my air conditioner works very well. The staff was very corteous and helpful.

Great service, beautiful new building and excellent customer service. Too bad there is no Subaru dealership in Douglas County.
