This was our 30,000 mile service. My appointment was for 8:00AM on Saturday 4-01-23. We needed to leave by 6:00am to get there on time. DJ did a top notch job for us and got us back on the road in a timely manner. The down side was that the technician that replaced the windshield wipers miscalculated the correct wipers for this vehicle. We had to be in Sandy, OR by 1:00PM. Thanks to DJ we were able to make it on time. The wipers weren’t cleaning the windows as well as my old ones did & it was raining so hard that the freeway was only moving at 15-20mph. Tough trip. We were trying to get back to Kendall Subaru before they closed at 5:00PM but were about 5 minutes too late and the door was locked. A couple employees were still there & let us in. Kimberly said I can help you while another gal search the computer to see what should have been installed. These folks went an above and beyond that day to make our journey safer going forward. We live about 2 hours south of Eugene and it isn’t always easy to the dealership. DJ, Kimberly and the third gal that pulled up the correct wipers from the computer deserve accommodations for going above and beyond on that day. This is why we make the effort to go to Kendall Subaru.

Quick service and friendly staff. Kind of overpriced though. If all you need is an oil change go somewhere else.

You need to find a new name for your drop in oil change set up. An hour and forty five minutes does not qualify as express service. The person who I dealt with did a good job and as far as I know the work was done well. I would much rather make an appointment and be out in a shorter time. It only takes a few minutes to change the oil and do an inspection. Waiting is frustrating.
