The circumstances of my car's vehicle failure were extremely stressful. The representatives at the dealership were thoughtful and informative throughout the time the car was at the dealership's shop being repaired. And the car is running smoothly now, much to my relief. I could not have asked for better service.

My device advisor provided me with a rental since I do not live in the Eugene area. I will return to Kendall for all my service needs.

I love the quick service option for oil changes. No longer need to make an appointment, and tire rotation was done at the same time, all in under an hour! Everyone was helpful and pleasant, and the waiting area comfortable and roomy.
