A five star performance. You gave us a new rental car for gratis and repaired our engine defect under the warranty. You also did our 30K fluids and filters change. Nice job, the car works great.

Our service writer Steve Batura handled our service experience with enthusiasm, accuracy and expertise. He researched my vehicles needs and communicated all issues as they arose. The new Eugene facility is state of the art.

We really like the new location of Subaru in Eugene, Oregon. The place is more accessible and easy to get to. As usual, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. It is always a good experience for us.
