Dear Kendall Subaru, My Service Advisor was Sheena Dillon and my Technician was Zachary Brown. First of all, I am happy you created or told me about the Express services. That is what I needed. I was welcomed by Sheena and she was very natural at kindly welcoming us and willing to guide us in your new facility. She took her time, gathered notes of what my concerns were. She then returned to me in the lobby to advice me what the technician found and 'just offered' some other services, the prices were very reasonable. Sheena was able to explain each service and heard my questions and addressed those too. I don't mind paying a little bit more due to this type of service. THANK YOU for helping me get my car maintained and up to date on the stuff you catch that could use some tlc. Please value these two employees. They are so great at Kendall Subaru! Always so kind and helpful! We bought the extended warranty twice and we get superb service when we have an issue. We live two hours away and love our Subarus! I recommend it if you live in a town with out a Subaru dealer!

Everyone was very helpful and upbeat. They were good at listening to my concerns, keeping me up to date on my car's progress, and asking me about other issues before going ahead. I love the new building and space. A very nice experience. Tyler and another employee were very helpful.

It would be nice if your system could make sure the customer is reminded of a coupon that was sent out. I had 1,333.00 of work done on my Imprezza. I had received a coupon for 25.00 off if you spend over 200.00. I did not redeem it because I had forgot to mention the coupon. I called back but never received a call back. In the future if would be helpful Kendall could figure out a way to make this happen. Every little bit helps.
