Had to have my Forrester towed into Kendall Subaru late in the afternoon. After some initial glitches with needing a rental car and extra time waiting, Dylan worked hard to help us achieve the service I have come to expect fromSubaru. He exemplifies professionalism and personal connection that is often missing in life these days. He remained cool-headed and spent the time working out the solution. He called me the following day promptly to report the findings, fortunately only needed new battery. But they did a brief check to make certain everything else was fine. Really appreciate it Dylan!!

Dear Kendall Subaru, My Service Advisor was Sheena Dillon and my Technician was Zachary Brown. First of all, I am happy you created or told me about the Express services. That is what I needed. I was welcomed by Sheena and she was very natural at kindly welcoming us and willing to guide us in your new facility. She took her time, gathered notes of what my concerns were. She then returned to me in the lobby to advice me what the technician found and 'just offered' some other services, the prices were very reasonable. Sheena was able to explain each service and heard my questions and addressed those too. I don't mind paying a little bit more due to this type of service. THANK YOU for helping me get my car maintained and up to date on the stuff you catch that could use some tlc. Please value these two employees. Having them both, makes folks like me, who are thrifty, more willing to invest money with you. Sincerely, Diana Garcia
