I was able to get an appointment fast and the staff was friendly, efficient and Covid safe. The new facility was outstanding.

They are so great at Kendall Subaru! Always so kind and helpful! We bought the extended warranty twice and we get superb service when we have an issue. We live two hours away and love our Subarus! I recommend it if you live in a town with out a Subaru dealer!

Everyone was very helpful and upbeat. They were good at listening to my concerns, keeping me up to date on my car's progress, and asking me about other issues before going ahead. I love the new building and space. A very nice experience. Tyler and another employee were very helpful.

It was my first experience having service at your new location. It's a beautiful facility and using the Express lane was very efficient.

It would be nice if your system could make sure the customer is reminded of a coupon that was sent out. I had 1,333.00 of work done on my Imprezza. I had received a coupon for 25.00 off if you spend over 200.00. I did not redeem it because I had forgot to mention the coupon. I called back but never received a call back. In the future if would be helpful Kendall could figure out a way to make this happen. Every little bit helps.

I love your new facility on Goodpasture Island Road. I am always satisfied with how I am treated and the service I receive for my Subaru.
