Surprisingly conscientious. They were thorough without being over zealous.

Had a not-great experience a few months ago and almost didn’t go back for maintenance, but I’m glad I changed my mind. This time, got outstanding service, particularly from Brandon at the Eugene. dealership. Kind, professional, cheerful...really seems to know his stuff, and just overall a really terrific person. The few other people I briefly encountered were efficient and friendly, and made an obvious effort to maintain physical distance from customers, which is most welcome at the moment. I took my Forester in to be serviced. The staff were friendly, professional, prompt and safe (wearing mask and sanitizing everything).

The only thing I dislike is not being able to make an appointment for our oil change. We travel 120 miles and it would be nice to know that I can get in without waiting at my appointment time.
