The air conditioner on my recently purchased 2018 Forester wasn't blowing cold. I bought it from an out-of-town dealership, which did not properly inspect for this defect. They listed it as working on the Certified Pre-Owned inspection. However, Kendall was able to fit me in within a day of calling for an appointment. At every step they treated me like a VIP customer with excellent communication and very little waiting time. They explained up front how they might possibly find damage not covered by the warranty (little chance of this but they said it could happen). I dropped it off in the morning--this only took 10 minutes, including a full car walk-around. They had it done by early afternoon. And I was able to pick it up just after regular business hours. No charge for the service. I'm very satisfied with the experience and feel like they've thought through the customer experience and figured out how to make it easy and stress free.

Quick. I was informed of the inspection results, and given options to proceed with service. Nice to not need to make an appointment since I live 60 miles away.

I had an oil change and the service department found a couple of lights were out and I had them replaced. Checking the lights should be something I do but I don't seem to. Thanks for taking such good care of my car.
