John Hazelton was an excellent person to work with during the buying process, he was laid back and not pushy whatsoever. I felt like I was able to make my own decisions about buying a car and he was there for me to help make that happen. I’ve had a good experience with the service dept. as well, they were friendly and transparent about my car’s needs and they took extra sanitizing precautions due to Covid-19. Overall it’s been a great experience!

The service to the car was very well done as was the communication with the service advisor. The only drawback was the rather large increase in cost since I was last in for an oil change and the very long wait time.

I initially made an appointment because my brake light has been out. I know there is a recall related to the brake light switch, so that's why I made a full appointment. However, the night before I got a call from I believe Lucy telling me that they didn't do appointments for brake lights and to just come in. Well, thanks, Lucy, but if I can make an appointment ONLINE for it, then why isn't it an option? I don't understand. If you don't want people to plan it into their days, then DON'T make it an option. I showed up the next day to get it done because in the space of 2 weeks I'd been pulled over 3 times for my stupid brake light--mind, I leave the house twice a week at most thanks to stay-at-home orders. I have a 4 year old and I don't know if you know, but childcare doesn't exist right now. So I roll up to get this brake light fixed, it is massively busy, I have an anxious, stressed out, hasn't been outside for 3 months 4-year-old, and they tell me it will be 45 minutes. 45 minutes. Why? For what purpose? Why have an express service that you DON'T allow appointments for that will take.... 45 minutes? I nearly had a full breakdown, I started crying and shaking. If you don't have small children, you really don't know how bad the last 3 months have been--it has been ROUGH people. I am a freelancer, I work from home full time, and my son hasn't been in school for 3 long months. This 45 minute wait was a problem. So you guys rushed it and kudos to you, but the system shouldn't require me to basically lose my mind. The system doesn't work. Get a better system. Make it easier for parents with kids to get work done in a way that won't endanger their children or cause them undo stress. For a brake light, this was truly Too Much.
