Excellent service, friendly staff!

We were well treated in a timely manner as we brought our car in for a recall to replace the fuel pump. We were given a loan car for the morning and as we arrived back after the estimated 3 hours, our car was ready and waiting. Great service...and all with many smiles and every courtesy.

Excellent attention to social distancing guidelines and state wide guidelines for covid 19. The usual stellar performance by the automotive tech professionals whom we don't see, but who do the real job for us. Many kudos to them.

I was taken care of right away by the Kendall service people who are always very friendly and willing to help in any way that they can. I was waiting in the lobby area for the car to be serviced as well as having a new keyless entry key being reprogrammed which would have meant a longer than usual waiting time but I believe I was moved to the head of the line to make my wait time shorter which I greatly appreciated.

John Hazelton was an excellent person to work with during the buying process, he was laid back and not pushy whatsoever. I felt like I was able to make my own decisions about buying a car and he was there for me to help make that happen. I’ve had a good experience with the service dept. as well, they were friendly and transparent about my car’s needs and they took extra sanitizing precautions due to Covid-19. Overall it’s been a great experience!
