I so appreciate the attention to cleanliness and safety during my recent visit. I also appreciate the prompt check in and check out, and look forward to visiting again the next time I need service.

The service at the dealership was great, but I got a coupon for a free car wash at another site. I drove all the way over there and asked someone at that location where the car was was. They pointed me in the direction but once I got over there the car wash was closed. Either no one knew it was closed, or several people wasted my time by not telling me. There needs to be better communication on that end.

During this time of uncertainty and despair, it seem people are a bit more stressed than the norm! When entering the dealership, I was greeted with smiles , service representatives that know me came over to me, with proper distance protocol intact and said hello. My service advisor Kyle was outstanding, it did take a little bit more than the normal time as I know due to less service attendance, everything was clean and cleaned up after each person left...impressive!. I’m a happy customer....Kendall Subaru is doing an outstanding job. Thank you Rachelle Masin

All went well. Unfortunately, the part I needed was not available for three days, and that meant an additional trip. Good service from the Service Advisors.
