It was a very good experience. The things that needed doing were completed competently and well, as far as I could tell, the service representative was knowledgable and efficient, and the shuttle driver was wonder full and accommodating, as usual. No complaints, except for the fact that someone forgot to put a new oil change sticker on the car to remind me of when it needs to come in next time. But that is obviously a minor issue, and I've made a note to myself on that anyway.
