As always, friendly and professional. The work I had done was routine but I had the opportunity to ovrerhear the extra effort being made to help get an out of town customer back on the road quickly.

Kendall Subaru has some of the greatest service in the area and unbeatable prices! I was impressed with the prompt service and knowledge the staff had about my vehicle. Excellent facility!

I went in to schedule an appt to fix a brake light issue. It appears they were booked up so much that the system didn't want to schedule me in. In any event Steve told me he would take care of it and asked when I would like to come in.. I picked a time and the car issue has been resolved. I've always had great customer service at Suburu. This was the first time I've been in where they were so overbooked.

I took my car in for an oil change and was reminded that I needed an inspection which revealed several problems such as my battery was needing a replacement, radiator hoses and clamps needed replacing among other concerns. I was relieved to know that I was in good hands, Paul consulted me on the findings and things were fixed. Thanks you very much.
