Aside from purchasing a brand new 2015 Subaru Outback that came from the showroom with a chip in the paint and an obvious "buffer" circle around it where they tried to buff it off — I'm pretty happy. They retouched it, but the chip is still visible. Knowledgeable staff. Comfortable showroom.

I purchased a 2015 Forester from Kendall Subaru in Eugene. Nick, my awesome sales expert answered all my questions and was completely open with information. When I made the decision to purchase, Tony, was straightforward and honest about pricing... Not to be outdone by those two, Bryan worked up the car loan, went over the process and handed over the keys. all together, that Kendall team rocks!

We are very happy with our purchase. It drives and rides like I would expect it to. The only problem I have is all the features, I have yet to figure everything out. Example, it took me three days to learn how to open all the doors besides just the drivers door. I still don't quite understand the Econo feature, I use it never the less, we filled up with fuel at Fred Meyers on 11th street, drove to Bandon or 2 miles North of Bandon. We drove to Coos Bay and back plus two trips to Bandon and we are just now at half on the gas tank. I can't ask for better than that. Kendall Subaru was very easy to deal with and everyone was very helpful. Thank You .
