Very happy with their service. Everything was explained for what service was to be done, then after the service provided and item cost were carefully explained. Very professional.

My auto shopping was a very good experience. The sales force are very knowledgeable and helpfull. I worked with Jeremy Linnett and he was able to answer all my questions. The finance officer that we dealt with was also very knowledgeable.

I was led to Kendall by the costco program. When I mentioned this to John, he explained everything and how a price was arrived at which seemed fair to me. Previously in the purchase of a new car I always felt that I was taken advantage of by the Sales folks, not so this time. There was less of the "let me talk with someone who will OK that figure" and I did appreciate that. This is probably the last car I will buy as I am 72 and will not live out the length of the car, so Thank You Kendall and Thank You Costco.

Excellent service, never felt pressure to buy. Our salesman, Nick, was extremely knowledgeable about all of the cars we looked at, including brands he didn't represent. Best buying experience we have had.

We had an emergency come up with our Subaru and the Kendall service people were able to get us in right away and had things fixed in a half hour. They were friendly and very accommodating and their service was exemplary. Love the free car wash too!
