I drove down from Portland to purchase my new car from Kendall Subaru. I had picked out a car that was still in transit to the dealership, so I was able to get all the details out of the way ahead of time. Jed in sales was amazingly friendly and efficient. Jessica in finance had all my paperwork ready for me when I got there. To top it off, there was a giant red bow on my Subaru when I pulled up! All told, I think I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Great service and no pressure

The buying experience was a joy. We had no pressure, the sales person knew what we needed after talking us. The experience was a good one.

I found the car buying experience at my local Subaru store a much more pleasant experience that I thought it would be. The sales rep was knowledgeable and not pushy or condescending. He was very accommodating. I had done my research and felt that the price was right. The numbers and figures were all set before me in black and white, no surprises.

Sales person was great to work with. Car arrived within one day of that promised. Great Experience!
