I have bought a lot of new cars in my lifetime and many of my experiences have not been the best. Kendall Subaru ranks in the top echelon of car buying experiences. There was no high pressure. I was not asked to even sign a contract until the car arrived from the factory. When it did come it was 5 days earlier than originally promised. The dealership prepped it immediately while I was on the way to pick it up. (It takes two hours from my home to the dealership in Eugene.) When I got there there were no surprises in our previously negotiated price. Jacob Wallace was my salesman and Brian Dowd was the Finance Manager. Both had done their homework thoroughly and the paper work went very efficiently. After driving the car for a few days I had some additional work I wanted done that involved the service department, a loaner car, and an outside contractor. When I arrived I was very pleased with the coordination and communication Jacob and Brian had arranged. It all came together as planned.

This is the second time I have purchased a car from Kendall in Eugene and I couldn't be more pleased with the treatment I received. They are the best!
