When I dropped my Subaru off for its 60K service, Greg greeted me with a smile and made me feel very welcome and valued. Greg at Kendall Subaru in Eugene offered me a loaner vehicle to use while my car was being serviced since the client service shuttle had already left the dealership and I needed to get home. I was so impressed with his customer service and the kind way in which I was greeted and treated. Kendall Subaru is top notch and you can count on great service.

We had the car in to install a trailer hitch and have rails added to the roof rack. The work was done in a very timely manner and the hitch looks awesome. Jerry Thompson also took the time afterward to help me sync my phone to the Blue tooth in the car. Great job all!

Before coming to Kendall Subaru, I had been looking for a car for some time. Every other dealership I went to was very rude; they did not take my intent to buy a car seriously because I am young. When I arrived at Kendall I was treated with respect. Despite the fact that they were very busy I was shown all the vehicles I asked to look at, and everyone went above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating. Everyone at Kendall provided me with excellent service. In addition every employee I worked with was very knowledgeable. At the end of the day I left with a beautiful Crosstrek. I couldn't be happier!

We needed a tow assembly put on right away to pick up a camping trailer. Kendall Subaru had the parts and got us in as needed. Excellent service and extremely friendly people working there.

Reservation process was smooth, easy. Service was performed quickly and completed on time. A problem was detected during service that I was unaware of and fixed. Staff was very pleasant and explained everything fully.
