I was very pleased with the counter person that greeted me and helped get me set up for my oil change. She was very friendly and helpful. I like to go there and have a coffee drink and snack while I wait. It was a pleasant experience.

Had an appointment. Was told I didn't need one and that the extended service I was told I needed, I didn't need. Not necessary for 12,000 more miles. Cool! Was nice that they didn't insist my car needed something that it didn't. I This is my second Subaru Outback, last one had 19 years then sold to a friend because Mom-in-Law wanted to help me get a new one, 2015. All servicing on both done at the dealership. All. Thanks.

Love these people! They are so friendly and helpful. They always check with you before they proceed with any changes to your car, and explain what they are doing and why. I've never had any issues with their work and I feel good knowing my car was handled by a professional.
