Service was great, but for $375 I think you could have detailed the inside a little bit - floor mats, etc. Outside was all clean and shiny!

Called the service department and got a same day appointment. Was greeted promptly and my vehicle was serviced within the time promised and the work done to my satisfaction. Kendall Subaru service department has it together!

When we buy our next car, there will be no doubt where we will buy it from - Kendall Subaru in Eugene!!! Great sales staff and the service staff is AMAZING!!!! If you want a great customer experience all the time, go to Kendall Subaru!!!

The salesperson was very nice (hence the four stars). He had the shop fix most things we asked for. However, there is still a strong dog and deodorant odor in the vehicle, which makes me less than enthusiastic about this purchase.
