There was a rush of cars scheduled for service but since I was waiting, special efforts were offered and I was out in a faster than normal time.

All Kendall employees talked with during my last visit were very friendly and responsive to my questions. The 15,000 mile service was completed in a timely manner. Overall an excellent experience.

The Gentleman that checked me in is very personable and really easy to work with. I was surprised when I got in my rig that all the buttons where adjusted, my automatic setting for lights, heat, ect where all off.

I was there because of a scheduled oil change, but two other issues needed attention. First, the oil change went satisfactorily . Another issue, an unconvienently recurring tire pressure light was investigated (and fixed), but this was my fourth visit for it. Hopefully, it has been taken care of successfully this time. Finally, I needed help installing newly purchased rear seat covers. Here, Terry (mechanic) went over and above the call…for this, I am most appreciative... for his guidance and assistance. He is reason for fourth star, easily...

As has always been the case, I am most pleased with my car and with service received from Kendall. Staff are courteous and friendly and provide good responses to questions. Service is quick and so far, reliable. I have no hesitation in continuing to use them and in recommending them to others.
