Great service experience. I was greeted with a smile (and even a wave when I came to pick up my car). The courtesy van/shuttle was very convenient. I felt very welcome and valued as a customer. I honestly told my roommate how nice the staff were at Kendall Subaru.

Kendall price matched a better price than I was originally quoted, I believe I did receive a truly great deal. I was perplexed that Kendall did run a credit report on me even when I asked them not too. I was not using their financing and saw no reason for it other than data mining.
