Scheduling was a little ruff due to a 3rd party vendor that was involved and transferring calls from parts to service sucked, but the 'day of' went well even fit in my free oil change. Got a couple free car washes and 3 months of XM radio for the car, which are really appreciated. THANKS

I was greeted with a helpful associate as I pulled into the service shop. I was then taken into the service area and I explained I had a problem with the collapsible bench seat on the driver's side. The young man came out to the car and fixed it immediately. I thanked him for such an easy fix and he showed me how to fix it should it happen again. I was able to save some money by having the 90K checkup instead of the 120K checkup since my Forester only had 85,000 miles on it. I enjoyed the coffee and snacks while I waited for the work to be completed. Thank you for your prompt service to my Forester.

Needed windshield wipers replaced. Took maybe 10 minutes. Great friendly and professional service. Kendall should give classes to other companies on customer service. Kendall's is great!
