Sales team at Kendall Subaru was generally helpful, friendly, willing and patient. They are knowledgeable and happy to demo their product. The service team is helpful and friendly. I did find it odd that they just kind of wave you in the general direction of your car when picking up after service to find it in the lot somewhere. That has not been my experience at other local dealers who typically drive the car to the service department and have it washed and vacuumed.

When I checked in (a few minutes late) your customer service desk was polite and professional. The service technician checked in with me personally, first regarding the service, then with a problem discovered during the safety inspection. Check-out was a breeze, and my email coupon for 10% off service was honored, no questions asked. It is always a pleasure to have my vehicle serviced with you.

TWIMC, 45 minutes to change oil and rotate tires; 30 minutes to get paperwork done. Not a big deal, but I do not understand the delay; seems the paperwork should be finished when the car is finished, or very shortly thereafter. I also don't understand that without names this review seems sort of useless??? The "gentlemen" that waited on me was not very sociable? Call me @ 541-579-1757 and ask me who it is?!?! Jill was great!

understaffed on saturday but got car serviced properly...understaffed the day i bought it on a Friday took 3 hours to get purchased completed! seriously need to rebuke GM at this location about properly staffing i would not purchase another subaru from kendall for these two experiences
