Bought my Forrester from them and have had significant mechanical problems with car -- but no problems at all, quite the opposite!!!, with staff at Kendall. Really really excellent. The mechanical problems with car were just bad luck. Service folks, especially Eric Zimmerman, did everything imaginable to help me. True professionals, every one of them.
