I love my new car and the buying experience was so simple! From start to finish, it took less than three hours, including the salesman picking me up at my office, looking at various vehicles, test drive, financing, and getting instruction on how to set up the blue tooth.

Reached out to Kendall to swap out my Outback for a Cross Trek Hybrid Touring. I received professional help which was very thorough and relatively quick in response time. Even though I never stepped foot in the showroom - I knew all of the details of the transaction, felt 100% satisfied with the deal with ZERO pressure. My new vehicle was delivered and its just been wonderful. I've already recommended my sales guy to a co-worker who has been interested in the Cross Trek. I have no problem paying it forward for Kendall and Jeremy Linnett. Thanks for making this happen.

The Service department was excellent and tended to the issue we had with our car. However, you really need to do something about the poor quality of your on-line scheduling program. The system is not at all user friendly as I had multiple problems trying to schedule an appointment. The biggest problem was when I tried to set a date and time, one of the choices I was forced to make was "wait", "courtesy van" and something else. Ehen I clicked on "wait", all of the available times on the day I wanted disappeared. It was only after I clicked on "courtesy van" that it allowed me to schedule a time, and still some of the times that showed as available disappeared. With all the trouble I had, I doubt that I will try and schedule on-line again.

Had a slight hiccup, as always, with the person who made my service appointment which resulted in scrapping the order and redoing it when I got to the service dept. service dept staff were fantastic.

It was easy to set up my first service appointment for my brand new Subaru. The service adviser was helpful in getting my car in for the scheduled service promptly and he addressed the questions I had about my new car in a friendly and professional manner.
