I have been in for service about 3 times over the past few months, each time for something unrelated, and was impressed from start to finish each time with the professionalism and level of service that I experienced. One of the repairs involved my insurance company, and I felt that Kendall Subaru went above and beyond in supporting me through that process. Kudos to Dylan and to the team in general!

I came in for service on what I thought was a dim front headlight. When the car was inspected a nonfunctioning rear light was discovered instead. It was repaired quickly for a minimal cost.

I love working with this dealership whether it's for routine maintenance or body repairs. The people are really nice, the facility is great if you have to spend time there and they are very dog friendly. The company is a big supporter of animal charities and I appreciate that a LOT.

Simple oil change. Requested they not check tire pressure, rotate tires, or inspect various air filters. Complied with my request. The service person (in the office) was very pleasant to deal with.
