I have always received excellent service at Kendall, and from this gentleman who helped me with my most recent appointment. He went out of his way to help me with my vehicle-something that is much appreciated, and always remembered.

The winterization took considerably less time than I had anticipated. I was surprised by the speed with which my car was finished and ready for me. However, I have hearing limitations so it was really very difficult for me to understand the service advisor who spoke much too rapidly for me to understand what she was trying to tell me.

Kendall Subaru staff have always been friendly and courteous when I have had an appointment in Fairbanks. At my last appointment on Sept 29, 2015 I mentioned a problem with my left windshield wiper. It seemed to have mostly stopped the described action, but I requested that it be looked at. As I drove away from that appointment, the wiper again twisted and made a thunk noise. When I have stopped by with an issue that I cannot seem to resolve myself, someone has fixed the problem and been kind, even if with a little more effort I might not have had to trouble them.

I had to have a tire repaired and Kendall Subaru got me in and repaired it within a couple hours. To is the time of year that everyone is trying to get their tires changed out for the winter. I was very grateful to get in and out so quickly without an appointment. Great service...

Best service our Subaru has ever gotten... runs better than it did new!

My wife took the Subaru to Kendal the night before our appointment. As she was pulling into the service bay the problem and the reason we were there - a noise caused by a stone caught in the brakes was apparent and the service manager said he could take care of it right then and they did fix it and explained the cause and didn't charge us for the service. We were very happy just to get it taken care of immediately, but having it done gratis was a wonderful bonus!

Very pleased with service. Had not been there for several years and the quality and consistency is the same.

This new Subaru Outback is wonderful, my daughter is excited to finally have heated back seats. I like all the features, but really appreciate the dimming side mirrors. Fairbanks Kendall is a great car dealer and so was my salesperson. I give the whole experience an EXCELLENT.
