car was producing burning oil smell while idiling. Called dealership and they were able to get me in the next day. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 6 hours. They were very helpful and kept me in the loop during the entire experience.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!!! The salesman was so knowledgeable about everything!!! He was extremely proffecional, well dressed, and trustworthy. The general manager is just fantastic as well. I can't say enough good things about the overall experience and they have great coffee and other refreshments that is free while you wait for finance that does take a few hrs even if you're paying cash. If anything should change at that dealership it should be finance they need 3-4 financing people like all of the other dealerships have so the wait time is cut in half.

Everyone was very friendly. I was fifteen minutes late to my oil change appt. and they got it done in a half hour , everyone with smiles on their faces.

I love Kendall Subaru of Fairbanks! The Service Dept always gets me in on time, finish on time, and save me money when they can :) The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous at all times.

Service was speedy and well done for a reasonable price. Employees were all very nice and explained things well.The receipts described the work well.. I do wonder why I was not asked if I wanted them to change the air filter since it was suggested on the report but I didn't see it until I left.
