I have never received bad service from Kendall in Fairbanks Alaska. The service advisors and sales people are all very courteous and friendly. I have referred family members to the same salesperson that I purchased from. The service advisors all take the time to explain everything patiently and answer any questions I may have. Options are explained comprehensively. On a scale of 1 to 10. 10 being the best. I would give them an eleven.

Overall great experience. I would recommend that your autostart installer for manual transmissions makes the autostart easier to use. Their directions were incorrect and I had to visit their shop. Still incorrect, I figured it out myself although it is still inconsistent. Great car. Put Nokian Hakka 8s on it and it is amazing even on ice!!

Kendall Subaru was excellent in allowing us to take our time to really look at the vehicles they had to offer and they gave us all the information we asked for. They did not push us or try to sell us a "better model" than the one we were looking at, and when it came time to pay, they worked a sweet deal with us. My grandparents have been going to Kendall Subaru since before I was born and now I know why.
